I started EZ Agents to provide an updated and innovative way for home buyers to approach purchasing a home while also providing them a significant financial value. My goal is to disrupt an outdated and out of touch industry while also providing top notch service and fair compensation to my buyers.
Despite the explosion of the internet which has given home buyers the ability to do more and rely on their real estate agents less, the real estate agents, and more specifically the real estate agent’s commissions have not budged.
Buyers are more engaged, and more empowered then ever, yet agents are receiving the same commission while increasingly doing less work.
EZ Agents was created to reflect this change and give home buyers another option.
I will be the first to admit that EZ Agents is not the right model for all home buyers. However, in my experience there are a significant number of buyers that simply do not need an agent to set up an internet search to find homes that are already listed on sites like Zillow, Realtor.com, and Redfin. What they do need is a licensed agent that can handle the contracts, negotiations and paperwork that comes with buying a home.
As a second-generation real estate agent, the passion for helping people find homes was already installed in me at an early age. However, the lack of innovation within the industry I had seen throughout my career was something I could not understand.
Personally, I would much rather spend my time doing the part of my job that I love. Helping people BUY the home of their dreams, not running all over town meeting strangers and unlocking doors. EZ Agents allows me to help more clients while also providing them a substantial financial benefit – an easy win/win in my book.
In addition to myself, I have a team of agents, transaction coordinators and new construction specialists to ensure a smooth transaction from start to finish.
The real estate industry has changed, home buyers have changed, and it is past time for buyers to have another option that reflects these changes.
